These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the WanderS B2B platform and any transactions made through this website.

By using our site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. 

1. Business Use Only 

WanderS is strictly a business-to-business (B2B) platform. By registering an account or placing an order, you confirm that: 

  • You represent a registered business entity.
  • You are authorized to act on behalf of that business.
  • Purchases are intended for resale or commercial use. 

We do not sell to consumers or for personal use through this website. 

Purchased a WanderS product as a consumer? WanderS products are sold to consumers exclusively through authorized marketplaces and resellers. All shipping, cancellation, return, and warranty matters for consumer purchases are handled by the seller where you placed your order. If your issue remains unresolved after contacting the seller, please reach out via our contact form. See our Shipping, Cancellations & Return Policy for details.  

2. Account Registration & Security 

To access product pricing and place orders, you must register a business account. You agree to: 

  • Provide complete and accurate company information, including a valid Chamber of Commerce (or equivalent) registration and VAT number where applicable.
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
  • Accept full responsibility for all activity under your account. 

New accounts are manually reviewed before activation. We reserve the right to deny or deactivate accounts that do not meet our eligibility criteria. 

3. Website Usage 

You may use this website only for lawful commercial purposes. You agree not to: 

  • Copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer any content or functionality.
  • Upload harmful content such as viruses or malware.
  • Post false, defamatory, infringing, or misleading material.
  • Use images, descriptions, or data without permission. 

All website content, including product listings, imagery, logos, and structure, is the intellectual property of WanderS or its licensors and may not be reused without prior written consent. Approved partners may receive access to official product content for resale purposes; usage terms are provided within the business account. 

4. Orders, Pricing & Payments 

Orders: 

  • All prices are shown excluding VAT/sales tax and shipping, unless noted otherwise.
  • Orders are subject to availability and written confirmation.
  • We may cancel or modify orders where stock, pricing errors, or misuse issues arise. In case of a pricing error, you will be informed and offered the choice to confirm at the correct price or cancel with a full refund. 

Payments: 

  • New customers pay in full at checkout.
  • Returning or larger accounts may apply for net payment terms (e.g., Net 30), subject to approval.
  • Accepted payment methods include Shopify Checkout and direct bank transfer.
  • Ownership of goods transfers upon receipt of full payment. 

5. Shipping Terms 

Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. We offer both standard (sea/land) and express (air) options. 

  • Lead times vary by item and supplier and are communicated per product.
  • Products may ship from our EU warehouse or directly from manufacturers in Asia.
  • We do not charge any markup on shipping; costs are passed on transparently.

6. Returns, Claims & Cancellations 

Damage or Defects: 

  • Transport damage or defects on arrival must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting evidence (photos or videos).
  • We may offer a refund, replacement, repair, or other appropriate solution. 

Warranty: 

  • Products carry a limited warranty of 1 to 2 years depending on the product; the applicable term is stated on the product page and order confirmation.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.
  • All warranties comply with the minimum statutory requirements applicable in your country. 

Order Cancellations: 

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours are not guaranteed and may involve return shipping and restocking fees, particularly for orders already in production or transit.

7. XP Program (Tiered Pricing & Perks) 

Our XP Program rewards loyal B2B customers with: 

  • Volume-based discounts
  • Promotional free shipping offers
  • Service perks and priority support 

Details of your current XP level and applicable benefits are available in your business account or on request. Program terms may be updated; material changes will be communicated to active account holders. 

8. Right to Refuse Service 

We reserve the right to: 

  • Reject any registration or order that violates these terms.
  • Cancel suspected fraudulent or abusive orders.
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the platform or violate these policies. 

Where an order is canceled by us and payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded. 

9. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law: 

  • WanderS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business interruption.
  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by carriers, customs authorities, or other third-party services.
  • Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product(s). 

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for intent or gross negligence. 

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Disputes arising from use of this website or any transaction with WanderS shall be submitted to the competent court in The Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. 

11. Changes to These Terms 

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
